SDCH is licensed as Utah’s first long term acute care (LTAC) hospital. This license is issued to hospitals that provide care to patients with acute medical conditions, but whose conditions are not expected to resolve quickly.
SDCH opens its own on-site child care center to serve employee and community child care needs. The center has capacity for 60 children.
