SDCH opens orthopedic rehabilitation and recovery units within its Hospital buildings, featuring a state-of-the-art physical therapy center. The experienced staff of physical and occupational therapists, along with our nursing teams provide personalized programs for patients to gain postoperative skill and strength to return home. The program will prove successful enough to demand expanding our Orchard Cove facility in 2010 to become a fully dedicated ortho rehab facility.
