Your contribution is tax-deductible and your support of our Charitable Foundation helps us to expand the services we offer and enables us to provide for the needs of our patients in the future

Specific Donation – You may specify that your contribution go to general funds, pediatrics unit, home health/hospice, or capital funds for expansion projects.
Memorial Contribution – Any donation can be made in memory or in honor of the person of your choice.
Annual Mailing – Each fall, we send a mailing seeking donation for the SDCH Foundation to help fund for needed projects or specific medical equipment.
In Kind Gifts – We welcome donations of the following new or gently used items: televisions, DVD/VCR players, music CDs, new release movie DVDs, computers, Wii games and controls, latex-safe toys, two-seat strollers, radios.
Please, no blankets or stuffed animals.
